My guitars

My relationship with Ginés Marín was born of mutual admiration. On his side, as the maker of some of the highest-quality guitars I have known; on mine, from the impression it made on him to hear me play by chance for the first time.

From that encounter, he gave me a very special guitar: a Primera de Concierto, which since then has held a unique place in my life and career. That guitar also became the starting point of a great friendship and a professional relationship that has endured over the years.

Since then, I have used only his guitars in concert.

For me, they were a true discovery. I have not found other instruments that offer me, so completely, the combination of sound quality, power, volume, attack and tuning precision that I find in Ginés Marín guitars.

This page is also intended as a tribute to his work, to his way of understanding guitar making and to a relationship that began thanks to music.
